Pricing and quotes

How much does printing cost at Supreme Printing?

Supreme Printing quotes every job individually, so there are no prices on this site. What a print job costs moves with quantity, material, size and finishing, so a single figure on a product page would be wrong for most of the people reading it.

Send us the item, the quantity and any finishing you want, and we come back with a price and a lead time.

Why are there no prices on the website?

A printed price is only right for one exact combination of quantity, stock and finish. Move the run from 100 to 500, or matt lamination to spot UV, and it is wrong again. So Supreme Printing publishes the full specification of everything it prints, which is size, stock, finish and turnaround, then quotes the job you actually want.

How do I get a quote?

Browse the range on this site, add what you need to the enquiry list, and send it to Supreme Printing on WhatsApp. You can also message us with a plain description of the job. Include the quantity, the finished size, and your deadline, and attach the artwork if you already have it.

There is no checkout on this site and no payment is taken here. Every order is agreed with us directly.

Do your prices include GST?

Unless a quotation says otherwise in writing, prices quoted by Supreme Printing exclude GST and exclude delivery. The quotation we send you states what is and is not included.

Turnaround and lead times

How long does printing take?

Turnaround at Supreme Printing runs from same day to 15 working days, depending on the item and the finishing. Every product page states its own, so check the item you want rather than working off a house average.

Working days count from written approval of the artwork or proof, not from the enquiry. Lamination, spot UV, foil stamping and die cutting each add time.

Do you offer same-day printing in Singapore?

Yes. Supreme Printing prints 10 of its items the same day, mostly digital work on standard stock. A same-day job needs print-ready artwork, and the artwork cannot be amended once the job is on the press.

Whether we can print something today depends on what is already on the press, so message us before you send the files and we will tell you either way.

What happens if I send artwork late?

Delivery dates quoted by Supreme Printing run from the point your artwork is received and approved. A delay in supplying files or approving a proof moves the delivery date by at least the same period, because the press slot moves with it.

Minimum orders and quantities

What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends what you are printing, and every product page states its own. Most banners, signage and display stands at Supreme Printing can be ordered one at a time. Printed matter starts higher, usually 100 for name cards and flyers, because the setup costs the same whether you run one or a hundred.

Can I order just one banner or one sign?

Yes. Large format items at Supreme Printing, including PVC banners, roll-up banners, foam board displays, wind flags and display stands, are made to order individually and have a minimum of one piece.

Can I split one order across several designs?

Usually, but it depends on the item and the quantity. Splitting a digital print run across designs is straightforward. Splitting an offset run is not, because each design needs its own setup. Tell us how many designs you need when you ask for the quote and we will price it correctly the first time.

Artwork and files

What file format should I send for printing?

Send a print-ready PDF unless Supreme Printing has agreed otherwise. Give it 3mm bleed on every edge and keep text and logos well clear of the trim. Where an item needs something more, its own product page says so.

Some finishes need a separate layer: spot UV wants a 100% black layer marking the varnished area, foil stamping wants a vector layer for the foil, and die cutting wants a vector die line.

What resolution should my artwork be?

For printed matter held in the hand, supply images at 300dpi at final size. Large format graphics viewed from a distance can be lower, and we will tell you what a specific job needs. Logos and type are always better as vector, which stays sharp at any size.

Do you check my artwork before printing?

We check files for the technical basics before printing: size, bleed, resolution, colour mode and any separate layer a finish needs. We do not proofread. Spelling, grammar, telephone numbers, addresses and any prices inside your artwork stay your responsibility, and a reprint after you have approved a proof is a new order.

I don't have artwork. Can you design it?

Yes. Supreme Printing offers design services covering logos, artwork setup and brand identity, and they can be quoted together with the print so you deal with one supplier.

Will you print artwork containing someone else's logo?

Only where you hold the rights to reproduce it. By sending artwork to Supreme Printing you confirm you own it or are licensed to use it. We decline work that appears to infringe someone else's copyright, trade mark or design right.

Colour, proofs and materials

Will the printed colour match what I see on screen?

Not exactly, and no printer can promise that it will. A screen emits light and paper reflects it, so the two cannot produce identical colour. Colour also shifts with the stock: the same file prints noticeably softer on uncoated paper than on coated art card.

If an exact colour matters, tell us the Pantone reference and ask for a printed proof before the run.

Do you provide a proof before printing?

Supreme Printing issues a digital proof for approval on request, and production does not begin until you approve it in writing. A printed proof on the actual stock can be arranged where colour accuracy matters, and is quoted separately because it takes a press setup of its own.

What is the difference between matt, gloss and soft touch lamination?

All three are a thin film bonded to the printed sheet to protect it. Gloss lifts colour and makes images look sharper. Matt is flatter and less reflective, and is easier to write on. Soft touch has a velvet feel and reads as the most premium of the three, but shows fingerprints on dark colours. Supreme Printing offers all three on business cards and most printed matter.

What does GSM mean on paper?

GSM is grams per square metre, the weight of the paper. Higher is thicker and stiffer. As a rough guide, 100gsm is letterhead weight, 157gsm is a typical flyer, 260gsm is a standard business card, and 350gsm is a noticeably heavy card. Every item in our range states its stock.
